  • Leasing Functions
    • Review and process lease transactions and agreements
    • Oversee completion of all necessary paperwork
    • Ensure proper customer service
  • Department Management
    • Manage the productivity and budgetary performance of the leasing operations department
  • Client Relations
    • Carry out the philosophies and wishes of the Owner in the daily overall operations of the apartment community
    • Maintain positive, professional, and effective communication with applicants, residents, vendors, clients, and guests
  • Communication
    • Keep immediate supervisor informed concerning work progress
    • Suggest new or improved ways of addressing work problems
  • Employee Management
    • Train and onboard new leasing team members
    • Provide support, training, and guidance as needed to all leasing team members
  • Leasing/Occupancy
    • Maintain occupancy levels as established by owner/budget expectations
    • Exhibit professional leasing techniques
    • Assist with the completion of the monthly Market Surveys and analysis
  • Revenue Management
    • Assist the Community Director with maximizing revenue potential of the property
    • May assist with the management of monthly rent collections and delinquency
  • Reporting and Document Management
    • Maintain appropriate resident files
    • Responsible for the daily integrity and confidentiality of resident files
  • Risk Management Items
    • Ensure compliance of Risk Management items
    • Report timely any/all injuries, illnesses, property damage
  • Facility Maintenance
    • Assist residents with reporting of maintenance needs
    • Document facility and maintenance needs and ensure timely completion
  • Other
    • Consistently and fairly enforce community rules and regulations
    • Comply with all Fair Housing Laws
