- Review and process lease transactions and agreements
- Oversee completion of all necessary paperwork

- Manage the productivity and budgetary performance of the leasing operations department

- Carry out the philosophies and wishes of the Owner in the daily overall operations of the apartment community
- Maintain positive, professional, and effective communication with applicants, residents, vendors, clients, and guests

- Keep immediate supervisor informed concerning work progress
- Suggest new or improved ways of addressing work problems
- Employee Management
- Train and onboard new leasing team members
- Provide support, training, and guidance as needed to all leasing team members
- Leasing/Occupancy
- Maintain occupancy levels as established by owner/budget expectations
- Exhibit professional leasing techniques
- Assist with the completion of the monthly Market Surveys and analysis
- Revenue Management
- Assist the Community Director with maximizing revenue potential of the property
- May assist with the management of monthly rent collections and delinquency
- Reporting and Document Management
- Maintain appropriate resident files
- Responsible for the daily integrity and confidentiality of resident files
- Risk Management Items
- Ensure compliance of Risk Management items
- Report timely any/all injuries, illnesses, property damage
- Facility Maintenance
- Assist residents with reporting of maintenance needs
- Document facility and maintenance needs and ensure timely completion
- Other
- Consistently and fairly enforce community rules and regulations
- Comply with all Fair Housing Laws
