Executive Assistant Real Estate Coordinator

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented assistant/operations coordinator to join our top-producing real estate team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 or more years of residential real estate experience and be able to assist the team leader in all aspects of a busy residential real estate business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the team lead's appointment calendar
  • Manage and maintain admins and agents
  • Maintain paperwork for all aspects of a residential real estate transaction
  • Organize property tours for prospective clients with the admins
  • Handle all aspects of a residential real estate transaction, including preparing marketing presentations and documents necessary to list, market, and close a real estate transaction
  • Coordinate and fulfill all marketing materials
  • Liaise with other staff on the broker's team
  • Liaise with outside parties, photographers, marketing and advertising teams all relating to the real estate business
  • Run errands necessary to support a busy real estate business, including duplicating keys for properties, inspections, etc.

Requirements:
  • A bright, motivated, energetic, loyal, humble person who is mature, hard working, and has a great attention to detail
  • Good in math and motivated in the Brooklyn real estate market
  • Comfortable with technology, computers, tablets, and smart phones
  • A team player who is able to get along well with others while maintaining a professional demeanor
  • Able to be multi-tasked and willing to learn all new applications
  • Someone who can handle working under pressure
  • Someone willing to answer texts or emails after hours
  • Someone willing to work on some weekends
