Job SummaryAs an Executive Coordinator with the Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce, you will play a critical role in supporting the executive team in their daily operations. Your primary responsibility will be to schedule and manage executive calendars, prioritizing appointments and meetings. You will also serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence. Additionally, you will be responsible for organizing and preparing for meetings, including creating agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items. You will also plan and coordinate travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and transportation. Furthermore, you will assist in the management of special projects, and presentations, providing research, documentation, and logistical support as needed. If you have a proven track record of success as a coordinator, preferably in a corporate setting in CRE, and possess excellent organizational and time management skills, strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. Requirements
  • 2+ Years of Proven experience as a coordinator, preferably in a corporate setting in CRE.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
