Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Executive Assistant/Operations Coordinator. This is a unique opportunity to work with a top-producing real estate team and contribute to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the team lead's appointment calendar
  • Manage and maintain administrative tasks and agent support
  • Maintain paperwork for all aspects of a residential real estate transaction
  • Organize property tours for prospective clients
  • Handle all aspects of a residential real estate transaction, including preparing marketing presentations and documents
  • Coordinate and fulfill all marketing materials
  • Liaise with other staff and outside parties
  • Run errands necessary to support a busy real estate business
Requirements:
  • A bright, motivated, and energetic individual with a great attention to detail
  • Good math skills and comfort with technology, computers, tablets, and smartphones
  • A team player who can get along well with others while maintaining a professional demeanor
  • Able to multitask and handle working under pressure
  • Willing to answer texts or emails after hours and work on some weekends
