Michael Page is seeking a Mid-Senior Level Real Estate Litigation Associate to join our team in Brooklyn. As a hybrid role, you will work 2 days a week in our office and have the opportunity to work with a great team and fantastic commercial clients.

Job DescriptionA varied role, as Mid-Senior Level Real Estate Litigation Associate, you will:
- Work on a range of commercial real estate litigation matters
- Provide a versatile approach to providing a variety of clients with litigation strategy/counsel, formulating legal strategy, providing guidance, arguing in court and making appearances, providing meaningful initial drafts of motion papers
- RPAPL 881 Litigation experience beneficial but not essential
- Provide a high level of service, working with property developers, retailers, landlords and large organizations with their varied real estate legal litigation needs

RequirementsThe successful Mid-Senior Level Real Estate Litigation Associate will have demonstrable experience:
- Juris Doctor
- Admitted to practice in New York
- 5-10 years commercial real estate litigation experience
- Mature, team-spirited and customer-first approach
- Strong written skills essential, experienced in taking depositions and drafting motion papers
- Candidates must be available to interview in late October and be entitled to work in the US without sponsorship (now or in the future)
A competitive package is available for the successful Mid-Level/Senior Real Estate Litigation Associate:
- Base salary: c. $175,000 - $250,000 PA (depending on experience)
