About the Role:

We are seeking a Patient Service Coordinator to join our team at Lincare Holdings. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to make a positive impact on the lives of our patients.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. They will be responsible for providing top-notch service to patients and referral sources, while also working collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to patient inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process patient orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all necessary documentation is complete and up-to-date.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of payer and utilization guidelines, as well as C-PAP compliance requirements.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED equivalency required.
  • 2+ years of experience in home health, customer service, call center, or insurance preferred.
  • Strong organization, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, and excellent typing skills.

Estimated Salary:$48,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
