Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Regional and Facilities Manager in the execution of operational duties, including vendor meetings, site inspections, and project follow-up and close out.
  • Manage and maintain inventory procedures, including vendor management and par levels of equipment pieces.
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance and repair strategies to minimize downtime and ensure optimal facility performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address facility-related issues and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders, ensuring that their facility needs are met in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of experience as a facilities manager or related field, preferably with an HVAC background.
  • Engineering and maintenance background experience.
  • Experience leading projects/programs and managing vendors.
  • Assessment management system experience.
  • Knowledge of electrical systems, including AC/DC.
  • Hospital health care experience.
  • Proficiency with PPT and Excel for tracking inventory and purchases.
