Our Advanced Maintenance of Traffic (MOT) Certification enables our firm to provide superior MOT services, including designing, installation, maintenance, and equipment rental.
Key Responsibilities- Provide general office support, including financial management, program administration, and administrative tasks.
- Maintain a positive working environment through organization and support of team members.
- Manage bookkeeping, insurance billing, payroll, and administrative support.
- Use bookkeeping software, spreadsheets, and databases to record financial transactions and produce reports.
- Reconcile financial records and ensure accuracy in figures, postings, and reports.
- Process customer inquiries, billing, and payments.
- Record customer contacts and actions taken.
- Highly-organized team player with a positive and professional attitude.
- High School diploma or GED; advanced education and/or certifications preferred.
- Strong computer skills, including use of standard Office programs, maintaining databases, and navigating websites and online media.
- Experience maintaining financial records; QuickBooks experience preferred.
- Ability to pass criminal/registry background checks and COVID-19 screening.
- A valid driver's license and insured vehicle.
