Job Summary

Amerantbank seeks an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant and Office Administrator to provide high-level support to the Tampa Executive Team and other C-Suite Executives. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Tampa Executive Team, including greeting visitors, reviewing correspondence, and establishing priorities.
  • Act as a liaison between the Executive Office and other internal departments, ensuring smooth communication and facilitating actions.
  • Coordinate appointments, meetings, and activities for Executives, including reviewing and approving events within budgets and guidelines.
  • Manage day-to-day building operations, including administration of kitchen, supply stocking, and facilities improvements.
  • Work with building management to provide services in areas of cooling/heating, lighting, cleaning, and maintenance.
  • Coordinate building-wide file purges and decluttering efforts.
Requirements
  • Five years of experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant.
  • Three years of experience as an office administrator.
  • Bilingual preferred.
  • Associate's Degree in any business discipline.

  • Excellent attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making capability.
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
