Client Support Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated Support Specialist to enhance our client service operations at Tri-County Human Services. This role is pivotal in ensuring effective communication and operational efficiency within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls, addressing inquiries related to our programs and directing calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Generate reports utilizing internal software systems and databases, along with drafting correspondence as requested by supervisory staff.
- Oversee the entry of essential data into electronic health records, including setting up patient charts, billing records, and processing payments while adhering to agency policies.
- Provide accurate information and respond to inquiries about our agency through phone and written communication.
- Assist in the development of shift schedules for Human Services Technicians and nursing staff as directed by supervisory personnel.
- Facilitate transportation arrangements for clients as needed.
- Carry out additional related tasks as assigned to support the team.
Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or GED is required, along with a minimum of two years of clerical or administrative experience. Additional education beyond high school may substitute for experience on a per-hour basis.
- Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel is essential.
- A typing speed of at least thirty correct words per minute is required, with a preference for sixty words per minute.
