**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales & Events Coordinator to join our team at Home2 Suites Winter Haven. As a key member of our sales and events team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our guests and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle booking inquiries and prepare necessary documentation, including contracts and correspondence.
  • Generate leads and maintain a sales database to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Organize and maintain essential records, including documents and files.
  • Create and manage group blocks within our property management system (PMS).
  • Assist with meeting planning and event coordination, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Participate in sales activities and cross-departmental communications to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction through excellent communication and service, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Perform additional duties as required to support the sales and events team.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and management.
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends, to meet the needs of our guests and clients.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Passion for excellence and exceeding expectations, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and results.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to sit, stand, walk, and lift objects as needed, with vision abilities for computer work.
