Lead Client Relations Manager

The Lead Client Relations Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the client journey from initial contact to ongoing support.
This position commences in the field, where the Lead Client Relations Manager collaborates with the Operations Manager to cultivate and sustain partnerships with referral entities such as assisted living facilities, hospice care providers, geriatric care managers, medical professionals, and other senior care referral networks.
Subsequently, the Lead Client Relations Manager engages with potential clients by responding to referral inquiries, providing comprehensive information about our services, and arranging in-home consultations.
Upon the client's enrollment, the Lead Client Relations Manager is tasked with ensuring seamless care delivery by coordinating family resources and liaising with various stakeholders, including community service providers, insurance representatives, case managers, and other third-party payers.
Lastly, the Lead Client Relations Manager collaborates closely with the Internal Care Coordinator (ICC) to guarantee that caregiver assignments align with client needs, thereby ensuring an exceptional experience for our clients.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- A minimum of one to three years of relevant experience in a comparable role.
- Proven expertise in marketing and sales with a successful track record.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional customer service acumen and strong written/verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to spend significant time in the field, with driving as a necessity.
- A dependable vehicle and valid driver's license, with the ability to pass a background check (including motor vehicle records).
Work Environment / Physical Requirements:
- Office setting.
- Activities include walking, sitting, and standing, with lifting typically limited to files and records not exceeding 5 pounds.
- Extended periods at a computer and on the phone.- Significant time spent in a vehicle.
