Job Title: Employee Relations Manager

At Snap, we're looking for an experienced Employee Relations Manager to join our People team. As a key member of our HR team, you'll provide critical support to our employees in the Americas, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate employee complaints and allegations of misconduct, ensuring impartiality and adherence to legal and company standards.
  • Prepare comprehensive investigative reports and recommend disciplinary actions.
  • Manage reasonable accommodation processes for employees and applicants, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with the employment legal team to ensure compliance with legal requirements and address any legal risks or concerns.
  • Oversee mandatory harassment training programs and monitor their effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with OFCCP requirements and develop strategies to promote diversity, inclusion, and equal employment opportunities.
  • Handle regulatory reporting requirements related to employment and workforce data.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Employee Relations, EEO, or employment and labor law.

  • A competitive salary range of $138,000-$207,000 annually, depending on location.
