Job Title: Senior Manager of Employee Relations

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager of Employee Relations to join our team at Frazer Jones. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing employee relations matters and ensuring compliance with employment laws.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures
  • Conduct internal investigations and ensure compliance with employment laws
  • Supervise HR team members and collaborate on best practices for employee relations
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for employee relations issues

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in employee relations and HR management
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
