Senior Manager of Employee Relations

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager of Employee Relations to join our team at Frazer Jones. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing employee relations matters and ensuring compliance with employment laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures
- Conduct internal investigations and ensure compliance with employment laws
- Supervise HR team members and collaborate on best practices for employee relations
- Serve as the primary escalation point for employee relations issues
Requirements:
- Proven experience in employee relations and HR management
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
