Job Title: Employee Relations Manager

At Snap, we're looking for a skilled Employee Relations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our People team, you'll provide HR Compliance and Employee Relations support for our team members in the Americas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints, allegations of misconduct, or policy violations, ensuring impartiality and adherence to legal and company standards.
  • Prepare comprehensive investigative reports with clear findings and recommend appropriate disciplinary actions.
  • Manage reasonable accommodation processes for employees and applicants, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with the employment legal team to ensure compliance with legal requirements and address any legal risks or concerns.
  • Oversee mandatory harassment training programs, ensuring all employees receive appropriate training, and monitor the effectiveness of the programs.
  • Ensure compliance with OFCCP requirements and develop strategies to promote diversity, inclusion, and equal employment opportunities.
  • Handle regulatory reporting requirements related to employment and workforce data, including EEO-1, California pay equity, and other mandated reports.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and inform recommendations.
  • Act as a consultant to HR Business Partners and HR Centers of Excellence, providing guidance on employee relations and HR compliance issues.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated expertise in investigating complaints of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
  • Subject matter expertise in accommodation laws and experience working with various laws that impact HR.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Continuous improvement mindset to improve the company's efforts to mitigate risk and increase efficiency.
  • Ability to ensure compliance while maintaining company culture.
  • Strong interpersonal and cross-functional team skills, with a demonstrable track record of influencing and communicating at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven program and project management skills.
  • Excellent writing, presentation, and training skills.
What We Offer:

Our compensation package includes a base salary range of $138,000-$207,000 annually, depending on the pay zone assigned to your work location. This position is also eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
