Senior Manager of Employee Relations

A leading global law firm is seeking a Senior Manager of Employee Relations to join their team on a six-month contract. In this role, you will work closely with the HR team and Firm management to address employee relations matters and manage employment legal risks.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Serving as the primary escalation point for employee relations issues
  • Providing guidance to managers and employees on HR policies
  • Conducting internal investigations
  • Ensuring compliance with employment laws

You will also supervise HR team members and collaborate on best practices for employee relations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Location:

New York, NY

Duration:

6 months; covering a maternity leave

Work schedule:

Remote, part-time, or full-time; flexible for the right candidate

Pay:

$80-$100 per hour
