CFS of New York is a leading provider of educational services, dedicated to helping students prepare for college. With over 20 years of experience, they have established a strong reputation for providing equal education opportunities in the East Coast. Their network of 41 schools and over 15,000 students has earned them a top charter school network in the country. This role will be based in the Queens and Brooklyn area, working with 5 schools.

Role Responsibilities

As the Manager of Employee Relations, you will be responsible for providing guidance on employment relations functions for 5 schools. This includes investigations, talent management issues, HR administration, employment verifications, and case management. You will also advise schools on conflicting resolutions, performance improvement plans, and other employee-related items. Additionally, you will work with ADP Workforce now.

Preferred Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need 4+ years of relevant experience, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to commute to 5 schools. Knowledge of ADP Workforce is also a requirement.
