About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a seasoned business development professional with expertise in B2B software sales. As our ideal candidate, you will possess excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a proven track record of success in managing complex sales cycles.

Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with our Client Sales Executive to support our customer base by providing unmatched service, responsiveness, and expertise. This includes liaising between our Commercial Sales Team, customers, and cross-functional internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions that meet customer needs.

You will also be responsible for communicating with account management teams to resolve issues efficiently, attending our annual users conference, and traveling to customer sites as needed. Additionally, you will assist our Client Sales Executive with operational tasks and duties, such as building relationships, qualifying potential customers, and scheduling appointments using effective time and task management abilities.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to sales strategies by identifying customer needs and requirements, monitoring competitive products and companies, and analyzing and relaying customer feedback. You will also be responsible for updating our sales management database daily and assisting in the development of forecasting, market analysis, and win/loss reports as required.

Requirements
  • A minimum of five years of demonstrated business-to-business software sales success, preferably in the pharmacy or healthcare industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to strategically prospect, speak to software capabilities, and close contracts within a complex, enterprise-level sales cycle.
