Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Manager to support the launch of our innovative handheld imaging device in the medical industry. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for formulating and executing sales strategies in a designated geography, targeting prospective customers and driving them through the sales funnel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new customers and increase adoption of our device
  • Utilize value-based selling skills to identify customer needs and provide solutions
  • Qualify opportunities and drive them through the sales cycle
  • Conduct regular calls with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
  • Lead training sessions on company product offerings and sales techniques
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in medical device or pharmaceutical sales
  • Demonstrated selling success and experience in a similar role
  • Strong business acumen and ability to work independently
  • Effective interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
