Territory Account Manager

EquipmentShare is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Account Manager to join our team. As a Territory Account Manager, you will be responsible for expanding our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a growing company that offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary and uncapped commission.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and improve customer experience
Build and maintain relationships with contractors and construction company principals to expand our customer base
Conduct sales presentations to prospective and existing customers
Develop new sales strategies and techniques to increase our market share and improve our customer experience
Requirements
2+ years of outside sales experience with a proven sales track record
Heavy construction equipment or industry knowledge (rental or construction) with experience in B2B sales preferred
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage strategic and national accounts
