Territory Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Territory Account Manager to join our team at STERIS. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue and margin growth within an assigned territory of the Americas Sales Region.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage customer relationships and marketplace dynamics within medical device, pharmaceutical, and consumer manufacturers
- Negotiate with customers' procurement, executive, and legal teams to secure long-term agreements for complex technical products
- Set and execute strategic goals for the assigned territory to meet and exceed organizational objectives for sustained growth and balanced technology
- Collaborate with partners in marketing, operations, and quality to ensure a high level of customer focus and assist in understanding and exceeding customer expectations
- Bachelor's degree
- 10 years of sales experience selling complex technical products, preferably in healthcare
- 5 years of experience negotiating and securing long-term, strategic agreements
- 5 years of consistently outperforming sales targets; recognized and awarded for results
- Highly effective communication and presentation skills
- Cross-functional leadership skills as demonstrated through prior experience
- Highly analytical and data-driven decision making, utilizing Excel and CRM tools for organization
- Proven ability to influence people and evaluate and make decisions in stressful situations
- Proven ability to succeed in an autonomous environment
- Willingness and ability to adapt to changing environments, duties, and responsibilities
