Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Manager Trainee to join our team at Security Finance. As a Business Development Manager Trainee, you will play a critical role in the growth and development of our financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Direct Branch Personnel: Develop, direct, train, and manage branch personnel with supervisor direction and assistance to ensure the highest level of customer service and operational efficiency.
  • Financial Management: Maintain office cash with accuracy and security, achieve account gain through proven loan judgment and effective customer solicitation, and ensure prompt completion of loan process.
  • Collection and Reporting: Minimize delinquent debt through collection activities both by verbal and written communication, and ensure reporting of branch figures to the corporate office for accounting purposes.
  • Compliance and Licensing: Ensure compliance with state and federal lending regulations and Company policies, and obtain necessary licenses, certifications, and approvals to provide ancillary products and services.

Requirements:

  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field, and 1-2 years of experience in financial operations or a related field.
  • Skills and Abilities: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a stressful environment, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer software and systems, including Microsoft Office and financial management software.
