Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 2 years in a healthcare environment.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP and healthcare financial regulations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of collaborating across various departments.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic setting.
