We are seeking a visionary and decisive leader to assume the position of Senior Director of Risk Management Solutions. The key responsibilities include establishing and executing comprehensive risk management frameworks. In this crucial role, you will spearhead the development and implementation of strategies for risk management throughout the organization and lead our crisis management initiatives. Your primary duties will involve collaborating closely with senior management and essential stakeholders to identify, assess, and mitigate risks impacting our operational capabilities. Furthermore, as the Senior Director, you will oversee the organization’s efforts in preparing for, responding to, and recovering from crises and disruptions by creating and executing effective crisis management strategies.

As the Senior Director of Risk Management Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in our success by:
- Leading the crisis management team and conducting training sessions.
- Developing and implementing comprehensive crisis management plans and protocols (including business continuity strategies) to address various scenarios such as natural disasters, cyber threats, public health emergencies, and other disruptive events.
- Coordinating and ensuring alignment of resiliency plans with site management teams.
- Providing updates, educational sessions, and presentations to employees and management on industry trends and best practices for resiliency planning.
- Collaborating with site leadership globally before, during, and after conducting tests and drills to ensure the effectiveness of plans and compliance with standards.
- Guiding the establishment, development, assessment, and governance of robust, current, relevant, actionable, and auditable resiliency plans.
Your Qualifications:
- Strong analytical, risk management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
- Proficient decision-making capabilities, particularly in uncertain situations, equipped to address challenges and see them through to resolution.
- Highly skilled in communication with a notable presence and credibility, capable of influencing, engaging, collaborating, and building trust-based relationships across all levels and departments.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, adept at conveying complex risk concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent organizational, documentation, technology, and project management skills.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and capable of working independently.
Your Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Law, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field, with a preference for an advanced degree.
- At least 15 years of demonstrated experience in compliance, ethics, risk, or auditing within a global corporate environment.
- Comprehensive knowledge of risk management principles, practices, and methodologies.
- Solid understanding of technical security concepts and their application in a corporate setting.
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and industry standards related to security and risk management.
- Preferred certifications such as Certified Risk Management Professional (CRMP) or others pertinent to the field.
- Proficiency with ISO 22301, ISO 22316, and ISO 27001.
