As the Senior Director of Risk Management Solutions, you will play a vital role in our success by:
- Leading the crisis management team and conducting training sessions.
- Developing and implementing comprehensive crisis management plans and protocols, including business continuity strategies, to address various scenarios such as natural disasters, cyber threats, public health emergencies, and other disruptive events.
- Coordinating and ensuring the alignment of resiliency plans with site management teams.
- Providing updates, educational sessions, and presentations to employees and management on industry trends and best practices for resiliency planning.
- Collaborating with site leadership globally before, during, and after conducting tests and drills to validate the effectiveness of plans and compliance with standards.
- Guiding the establishment, development, assessment, and governance of robust, current, relevant, actionable, and auditable resiliency plans.
Your Qualifications:
- Strong analytical, risk management, and problem-solving skills, with a talent for making informed decisions under pressure.
- Proficient decision-making abilities, particularly in uncertain situations, equipped to address challenges and see them through to resolution.
- Highly effective communication skills with a notable presence and credibility, capable of influencing, engaging, collaborating, and building trust-based relationships across all levels and departments.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, adept at conveying complex risk concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent organizational, documentation, technology, and project management capabilities.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently.
Educational Background:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Law, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 15 years of demonstrated experience in compliance, ethics, risk, or auditing within a global corporate environment.
- Comprehensive knowledge of risk management principles, practices, and methodologies.
- Solid understanding of technical security concepts and their application in a corporate context.
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and industry standards related to security and risk management.
- Preferred certifications such as Certified Risk Management Professional (CRMP) or others pertinent to the field.
- Proficiency with ISO 22301, ISO 22316, and ISO 27001.
