We are seeking a forward-thinking and assertive professional to assume the role of Senior Director of Risk Management Solutions. The key responsibilities include establishing and executing comprehensive risk management frameworks. In this crucial position, you will spearhead the development and implementation of risk management strategies throughout the organization and lead our crisis management initiatives.

Your primary duties will encompass close collaboration with senior management and key stakeholders to identify, assess, and mitigate risks that could impact our operational effectiveness. Additionally, as the Senior Director, you will oversee the organization’s preparedness, response, and recovery efforts related to crises and disruptions by creating and executing effective crisis management strategies.

As the Senior Director of Risk Management Solutions, you will play a vital role in our success by:

  • Leading the crisis management team and conducting training sessions.
  • Developing and implementing comprehensive crisis management plans and protocols (including business continuity strategies) to address various scenarios such as natural disasters, cyber threats, public health emergencies, and other disruptive events.
  • Coordinating and ensuring the alignment of resiliency plans with site management teams.
  • Providing updates, educational sessions, and presentations to employees and management on industry trends and best practices for resiliency planning.
  • Collaborating with site leadership globally before, during, and after conducting tests and drills to validate the effectiveness of plans and compliance with standards.
  • Guiding the establishment, development, assessment, and governance of robust, current, relevant, actionable, and auditable resiliency plans.

Your Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical, risk management, and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
  • Effective decision-making capabilities, particularly in uncertain situations, with a focus on resolving issues thoroughly.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with a strong presence and credibility, capable of influencing, engaging, collaborating, and building trust across all levels and departments.
  • Outstanding interpersonal abilities, skilled at conveying complex risk concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent organizational, documentation, technology, and project management skills.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and capable of working independently.

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Law, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 15 years of demonstrated experience in compliance, ethics, risk, or auditing within a global corporate environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of risk management principles, practices, and methodologies.
  • Solid understanding of technical security concepts and their application in a corporate context.
  • Familiarity with relevant regulations and industry standards related to security and risk management.
  • Preferred certifications such as Certified Risk Management Professional (CRMP) or other relevant credentials.
  • Proficiency with ISO 22301, ISO 22316, and ISO 27001 standards.
