Business Development Associate

The Insurance Agent Team Member plays a vital role in the success of our agency. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in insurance products and services, while also providing exceptional service to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
This role requires a successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas, excellent interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills – written, verbal and listening, and a Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain). The estimated salary for this role is $45,000-$65,000 per year, depending on experience and performance.
