About the Role: Hansen Talent Group is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive our growth by identifying potential clients, building relationships, and promoting our staffing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pursue new business opportunities in the IT sector to expand the client base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their staffing needs.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor offerings, and potential growth areas.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
- Negotiate and close deals with clients to meet revenue targets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the IT staffing or recruitment industry.
- Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and market trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
