About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team at Jobot. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems and related services to businesses and industrial establishments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new leads by identifying potential customers and developing a strategic sales plan.
  • Sell HVAC systems and services to businesses and industrial establishments by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects.
  • Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance, and recommending new opportunities and profit and service improvements.
  • Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
  • Stay updated with the latest products in the market and the newest industry trends to ensure a high level of expertise.
  • Handle customer complaints and concerns in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Meet and strive to exceed sales targets set by the company.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree or higher preferred.
  • 2+ years in HVAC sales or a similar role in the construction industry.
  • Proven track record of successful sales experience in a B2B environment.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
