Factory Motor Parts is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. As an **Auto Parts Sales Representative**, you will play a crucial role in building our business by selling to new and existing customers, introducing new product lines, and conducting product seminars and open houses.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to generate business and increase sales
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Conduct product seminars and open houses to introduce new product lines and promote existing products
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
  • Perform other duties as assigned

**Requirements:**

  • 4-5 years of sales experience within the automotive parts industry
  • 2-3 years of experience with routine cold calling of potential clients to develop business
  • Demonstrated ability in problem-solving and negotiation with a focus on closing sales
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Ability to conduct business in a professional manner with both internal and external customers
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including formal presentation skills for both small and large groups
  • Basic to intermediate computer skills with MS Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
