We are a dynamic and innovative company looking for a skilled Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As a critical member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth by developing strong relationships with customers and identifying new sales opportunities.
Salary: $25 per hour + quarterly bonuses
Key Responsibilities
- Grow sales with current customers and new leads in assigned region
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Identify customer buying trends and cycles
- Estimate delivery dates and communicate with logistics regarding problems with deliveries
- Meet established sales goals and collect account receivables
What We Offer
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field required
- 5+ years of sales experience preferred
Skills and Qualifications
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Persuasive negotiation skills
- Customer service oriented and team player
- Goal oriented and active listener
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite software
