We are seeking a results-driven Account Growth Specialist to join our team at Johnstone Supply LLC. As an Account Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for developing new customer accounts and increasing sales within the existing customer base.

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent sales skills and a minimum of 3 years of documented successful direct sales experience. Direct experience in the HVAC/R industry is not necessary, but experience in a similar sales environment or tiered distribution experience is helpful.

The successful candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Demonstrated understanding and application of effective sales strategies and techniques
  • Excellent negotiation and objection countering skills
  • Skill in proactively communicating (both verbal and written) to establish relationships and influence decisions

We offer a competitive salary of around $65,000 - $85,000 per year, plus a progressive commission plan, medical benefits, dental benefits, vision benefits, life insurance, flex spending account, vacation, paid holidays, and a 401(k) savings plan.

You will work in a fast-paced environment and will have opportunities for supplemental pay through commission.
