About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Development Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of sales development representatives to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and improve sales performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify sales opportunities and develop targeted sales plans.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Provide coaching and training to sales team members to enhance their sales skills and knowledge.
  • Work closely with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment and effective sales strategies.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of direct sales management experience, 3+ years of sales development or lead generation, ideally in the SaaS/tech space.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing sales teams to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels.
  • Deep knowledge of sales processes and strategies, with a history of driving growth.
  • Proficiency in sales tech stack (Salesforce, SalesLoft, HubSpot).
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and optimize performance.
