Role Overview:
The Project Manager will spearhead the effective planning, development, and execution of projects within our Mining Technology Solutions division. You will oversee deployment initiatives across the North American region, ensuring timely and budget-conscious project delivery.

Travel Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:
As a Project Manager, your daily tasks will encompass:

1. Leading small to mid-sized projects with varying complexity, ensuring thorough planning and execution.
2. Managing cross-functional teams to fulfill project objectives and deliverables.
3. Monitoring project progress, maintaining proactive communication with team members and stakeholders, and addressing risks before they affect the project timeline.
4. Preparing and presenting executive-level updates on project status.
5. Promoting and fostering an Agile culture within the team.
6. Facilitating SCRUM ceremonies and technical meetings to assess progress and resolve project-related queries.
7. Analyzing and recommending improvements to project management processes, tools, and resources.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- 4-8 years of project management experience, particularly with mid-sized technology projects utilizing Agile methodologies.
- Strong grasp of project deployment processes and best practices.
- Problem-solving skills with a knack for innovative solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to convey information effectively to diverse audiences.
- Proven leadership abilities with a focus on data-driven decision-making and collaboration.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience leading project teams in delivering complex technology solutions involving software and hardware.
- Certified Scrum Master.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
