POSITION SUMMARY
The Operations team at C-Path encompasses Human Resources, Finance, Legal, IT, Portfolio Management, and administrative functions. We are seeking a driven, self-directed, and process-oriented Senior Technical Project Manager with a proven track record in coordinating activities across diverse projects. The Senior Technical Project Manager will engage directly with internal and external stakeholders, vendors, and partners to ensure that project deliverables are achieved within the defined scope and budget. This role involves collaboration with various departments to guarantee efficient project management and resource allocation to meet deliverable timelines. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee a portfolio of complex projects with significant organizational impact.
- Develop and monitor project plans, timelines, budgets, and milestones, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Prepare, facilitate, and deliver status updates to stakeholders.
- Define and track action items while documenting meeting minutes.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with partners, funders, subcontractors, and C-Path team members.
- Compose clear and precise reports, proposals, and other supporting documents.
- Facilitate consensus among stakeholders on critical decisions.
- Manage project budgets and expenditures, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
- Standardize organizational processes through comprehensive documentation.
- Negotiate operational agreements and contracts.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and financial obligations for contracted partners.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process enhancements in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Work across departments to gather feedback from subject matter experts and integrate it into process documentation.
- Occasional travel for meetings may be required (maximum 5-10%).
- Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

- Understanding of budgeting concepts, terminology, and forecasting.
- Exceptional oral, written, and virtual communication skills, with the ability to engage a diverse range of stakeholders.

- Proven track record of meeting challenging deadlines.
- Efficiently drives the completion of team tasks.
- Exhibits sound business judgment.

- Effectively communicates with internal staff and external stakeholders, adapting actions based on feedback.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; proficiency in SharePoint is preferred.
- Proficient in standard office meeting and communication software, including Zoom and MS Teams.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- A bachelor's degree in public health, business, Management Information Systems, or related scientific fields; an advanced degree in business is preferred.
- PMI certification is preferred or a minimum of 10 years of formal project management experience.
- Experience with compliance-related activities is advantageous.
