Key Responsibilities:

As the International Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing all facets of diverse projects, which may vary in complexity. Your role will involve collaboration with multiple departments and stakeholders to ensure project success.

  • Develop and maintain project timelines, allocate responsibilities, and identify necessary resources to achieve project objectives.
  • Oversee project progress from initiation to completion, including budget management, scheduling, scope definition, and risk assessment.

Accountabilities:

  • Facilitate project information flow to support decision-making processes for project teams and stakeholders.
  • Ensure quality execution of projects in areas such as:
    • Risk management
    • Critical path analysis
    • Scenario development and evaluation
    • Budget oversight
    • Comprehensive planning
    • Proactive communication of issues to stakeholders
  • Maintain integrated project plans using Project & Portfolio Management tools.
  • Identify potential challenges and propose solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Prepare for project milestone reviews and manage meeting logistics.
  • Implement project management best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Required Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and coordination skills for project-related activities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced stakeholder management and facilitation expertise, particularly in complex team environments.
  • Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project, Planisware, or Smartsheet.
  • Capability to manage projects with challenging timelines.
  • Ability to escalate issues and drive decisions regarding project execution and resource allocation.
  • Familiarity with Design Control and Phased Development processes is preferred.
  • Experience in FDA-regulated settings and with Companion Diagnostics (CDx) programs is advantageous.
  • Understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Educational Background:

  • BS/BA in science, engineering, or business administration, or equivalent experience.
  • Project Management training or certification (PMP, Agile, Scrum Master, or SAFe) is preferred.
  • Master's degree is a plus.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in project management or product development.
