Job Overview:

The PMX Central Activation team plays a crucial role in supporting our PM Agency Teams and Clients by executing digital media campaigns that require expert handling due to time constraints or limited resources.

As we expand rapidly in the digital media landscape, we are seeking a skilled and proactive Manager of Creative Project Management. This individual will be instrumental in advancing our media best practices and standard operating procedures across a diverse array of Programmatic and CTV campaigns for Disney+.


Position Summary:


This role is essential in facilitating the creative development, production, and trafficking workflow among clients, creative agencies, and media partners, ensuring the timely and precise distribution of video and digital assets.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Serve as the primary liaison between the media agency, publishers, and creative partners.

2. Collaborate with internal teams (Planning, Buying, AdOps, Analytics) to ensure accurate partner specifications and deadlines are met.

3. Organize and prepare partner specifications for client and digital agency kickoff meetings.

4. Oversee project deliverables from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to Quality Control processes (e.g., verifying that internal and external assets meet client/agency standards).

5. Maintain and update status documents for internal teams and clients regarding projects and campaigns, effectively communicating progress and tracking issues.

6. Conduct initial quality assurance of delivered creative assets to confirm all expected items are received and meet basic specification requirements (file type, file size, video duration), and traffic assets to the appropriate teams.

7. Ensure that site-served creative is prepared for launch with vendors and that third-party served creative is configured according to Technical Advertising Operations and Analytics Group standards.

8. Address project issues and escalate challenges and risks as necessary to both internal and external stakeholders.

9. Monitor ad development to ensure delivery aligns with expectations (on time, within budget, etc.).

10. Develop creative presentations and articulate specification needs, timelines, and best practices during client meetings.

11. Assist the Creative Management team with ad hoc projects as required.

12. Act as the definitive source for the media plan and specifications.
