Job Overview

This is a remote opportunity.

As a key member of the project management team, you will play a crucial role in fostering cross-functional relationships, overseeing team dynamics, and enhancing PM resources along with operational best practices.

You will spearhead the execution of projects with varying levels of complexity and contribute to new business initiatives.

Your responsibilities will include ensuring that all assigned tasks are completed within the specified timelines and budget, adhering to internal protocols and industry standards.

You will report directly to the Director of Project Management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage timelines, budgets, and scopes for a diverse range of products and project complexities.
  • Maintain quality control standards to secure milestone approvals from various departments and facilitate the approval process among team members.
  • Oversee staffing and resource allocation for brands, including Annual Statements of Work (SOW).
  • Collaborate with clients, finance, account management, and production teams to ensure consistent tracking and management of budgets.
  • Manage both tactical and new business projects.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in executing integrated strategies, addressing challenges within project parameters.
  • Identify, manage, and mitigate risks associated with projects.
  • Establish a suitable financial framework for new or ongoing mid to high-level complexity projects or campaigns, applicable to both project and retainer models.
  • Generate financial forecasts and resource plans aligned with the agreed scope of work.
  • Create an engagement model that monitors both online and offline activities.
  • Compile financial summaries.
  • Participate in monthly financial meetings and contribute to the evaluation of annual/project staffing plans, focusing on current and anticipated resource needs.
  • Collaborate with resource management and department leaders to determine the optimal resource structure for various project types.
  • Assist in preparing new business deliverables.
  • Train and supervise a junior team of 3-6 members on PM workflows, tools, templates, and agency processes.
  • Manage a portfolio of $5-10 million in business.
