**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a New Home Sales Professional. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales targets, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences

**Requirements**

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
  • Proven sales experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and motivation
