The compensation structure includes a base salary complemented by commission. The starting earnings consist of a weekly salary along with commission on all sales. Our experienced Sales Consultants, who have been with us for several years, typically earn over $100k annually.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - SALES CONSULTANT:
- Minimum of 3 years in a sales role
- Possession of a valid driver's license
- Proficient in computer operations
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Exceptional communication skills with customers
Experience in roofing is advantageous. A background in higher education is also preferred.
YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare to engage fully in a full-time position from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. While we value hard work, we also prioritize flexibility – accommodating earlier mornings, later evenings, and occasional Saturday shifts as necessary.
