About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at Adoration Home Health and Hospice. As a key member of our Business Development & Sales team, you will be responsible for establishing strategic partnerships and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and qualify new business opportunities to achieve annual revenue goals
  • Identify and pursue business opportunities through sales calls, referrals, and market research
  • Develop and execute strategic territory plans to target high-potential customers
  • Maintain and strengthen customer relationships through ongoing support and value-added services
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer service concerns and drive sales growth
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of prior sales experience, preferably in healthcare or medical equipment sales
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of success
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel 75%
