Requirements
  • Sales Experience: Must have sales experience and the ability to learn to determine residential HVAC service needs, quote prices, and perform repairs.
  • Communication Skills: Must be able to interact and communicate well with customers in their homes and businesses.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Must understand residential heating and cooling equipment operation, IAQ, air distribution systems, and basic repairs of HVAC appliances and fixtures.
  • Training and Certification: Will receive training to expand knowledge base and areas of expertise, with further certification expected.
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to lift and maneuver equipment up to 25 lbs, crawl, climb, kneel, squat, bend, and reach overhead, and use hand and power tools.
