Position Overview:
This role involves planning, coordinating, and overseeing asphalt paving projects to ensure timely and budget-compliant completion. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for scheduling, financial management, quality assurance, and adherence to safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of asphalt paving projects, ensuring they meet established timelines and budget constraints.
- Facilitate preconstruction meetings and review project estimates for optimal staffing and efficiency.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the company and external stakeholders, including municipalities.
- Conduct on-site inspections to monitor progress, quality of work, and resource utilization.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and safety regulations.
