About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Workstream management, problem resolution, and customer service
  • Coordinate with the Sales team on contract amendments
  • Communicate project corrections to the appropriate department
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing issues, delays, and resolutions
  • Address Onboarding issues to ensure projects are moving forward
  • Address complex interconnection application issues by coordinating with departments
  • Coordinate project cancellations in cooperation with accounting, sales, finance, operations, engineering, and procurement
Requirements
  • Ability to maintain politeness, confidence, tact, patience, and diplomacy while working towards resolution for our customers
  • Background in customer service
  • Background/experience with small/medium size businesses
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal
  • Listening and problem-solving skills
  • Word processing and spreadsheets, managing files and records, and other office procedures and terminology
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and fluid work environment
  • Ability to work independently and with team members
