Overview:
This role encompasses the essential functions of communication within the clinical department of KPH Healthcare Services.

Key Responsibilities:
Support the daily operations of the Clinical Pharmacist and the clinical division. Operate under direct supervision while adhering to established protocols to fulfill assigned responsibilities.

Job Summary:

Accountable for managing communication throughout the prior authorization process and aiding in tasks and objectives that align with the clinical requirements of KPH Healthcare Services clients and members.


Core Duties:
1. Execute communication tasks associated with the prior authorization process to ensure operational efficiency and promptness.
2. Organize and implement member communications for various cost management and clinical initiatives.
3. Coordinate and deliver provider communications for different cost management and clinical programs.
4. Assist in the completion of prior authorization evaluations as necessary.
5. Provide Help Desk support for inquiries related to prior authorizations when applicable.
6. Complete all mandatory and regulatory training programs.
7. Support the daily functions of the KPH Healthcare Services Help Desk.
8. Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

Educational Background:

Minimum:
High School Diploma (or currently enrolled) or GED.

Preferred:
Associate's Degree or higher.

Experience:
Preferred experience in hospital or retail pharmacy settings.

Compensation:
$ per hour.


The final compensation will be determined after careful evaluation of various factors, including relevant skills, years of experience, and educational background.
