Key Responsibilities
  • Perform various administrative tasks including typing, filing, and answering phone calls.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist in scheduling appointments.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office tools effectively to support daily operations.

Work Schedule
  • Up to 25 hours per week.
  • Availability required Monday through Friday, between 8 AM and 5 PM.
  • Specific hours will be determined based on departmental needs and your availability.

Department Overview
As part of the Nigh University Center Information Desk, you will be the first point of contact for students, faculty, staff, and visitors, providing them with necessary information about the campus and its facilities.

Enrollment Requirements
Fall/Spring Semesters: To qualify for this position, students must maintain at least half-time enrollment. This is defined as 5 credit hours for graduate students and 6 credit hours for undergraduates. International students are required to be enrolled full-time.

Summer Semester: Student employees must be enrolled in a minimum of 3 credit hours to work during the summer. Those not enrolled in summer classes must be registered for fall classes to maintain eligibility.
