About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Forum Energy Services, Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers in the energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers to increase sales and profitability.
  • Sales Strategy: Identify areas for growth and develop targeted sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on synergies across different business units.
  • Market Intelligence: Capture and record market intelligence to inform business decisions.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate account pricing and terms and conditions.

Requirements:

  • Industry Knowledge: Strong technical and commercial acumen regarding field service applications and operations in the oil and gas industry.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in the oil and gas industry, preferably in sales/account management or customer-facing roles.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, ability to work independently, and proven track record of achieving business objectives.
