Business Development Executive

The Business Development Manager is responsible for acquiring new customers and generating revenue through growth with existing customers by identifying their needs and matching Air Compressor Solutions' service and products.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer account management matters, ensuring timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas, collaborating with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory.
- Prepare sales budget reviews and reports on account status, providing clear communication of monthly/quarterly/annual initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- A high school diploma or equivalent; a 4-year degree is preferred.
- A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required.
- Previous experience in outside sales, account management, and customer service is necessary, along with general knowledge in troubleshooting and repairing industrial equipment.
- Strong phone communication skills and necessary computer skills, including fluency in the use of Microsoft Office, are also required.
The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
