At Magneto & Diesel Injector Service Inc, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for acquiring new business, maintaining and growing existing relationships, and recovering lost sales within your assigned territory.

About the Role
  • You will become an expert in our products and services, understanding all stages of the sales cycle and developing strategies to drive growth in your territory.
  • You will maintain a 'dream' list of potential customers and create a strategic plan to win their business.
  • You will participate in trade shows, customer events, and other community-building activities to establish strong relationships with clients and partners.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in B2B sales within the automotive and/or transportation industry, preferably with knowledge of diesel engine components. You must be fluent in English and Spanish, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to exercise judgment and work independently is essential. A valid driver's license and clean driving record are also required.

Salary

$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
