Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to join our team in advancing high-quality valve products at a global scale. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for penetrating competitive accounts within the region, maintaining and/or gaining market share, and communicating with customers daily.

The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of related experience in the valve industry, preferably with outside sales experience. You should be able to use business software including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, and have experience with ERP systems.

This is a full-time, direct-hire position with the manufacturing company, offering an estimated salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. The role requires travel up to 40% of the time, both regionally and potentially overnight, depending on personal address.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree, 3-4 years of experience in the valve industry, 4+ years of outside sales experience, experience with ERP systems, and ability to use business software including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
